1. About Our Products
AnalystEdge sells digital workflow systems and operational frameworks designed for analysts and recurring reporting workflows. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Purchases & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and download access upon successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Digital Delivery & Access
Purchased workflow systems and frameworks are delivered digitally via download link or your account. You are responsible for ensuring your device and software can access the delivered files. We are not liable for access issues arising from your own hardware or software.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and the download link accessed.
Exceptions may be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- The product file was corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue

5. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a workflow system or framework, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business operations. This license does not permit you to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product or any part of it
- Share access with individuals outside your organization without purchasing additional licenses
- Use the product to create a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
All intellectual property rights in our products remain with AnalystEdge.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use analystedge.ai or our products to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Transmit harmful code, spam, or unsolicited communications
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our workflow systems will produce any particular business outcome or be suitable for every use case. Results will vary based on your individual application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnalystEdge and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
